SHIPPING

UK deliveries - £4.99 [Free delivery for orders over £40]

Usually 1-3 days using tracked next day delivery. Orders dispatched within 48hrs.

International deliveries - £14.99

Up to 12 days using recorded delivery. Orders dispatched within 48hrs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status and ensure timely collection.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, we are unable to reship or refund the order. Please ensure you collect your parcel promptly to avoid any issues.

REFUNDS

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@pardasa.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving your order. We require photo evidence of the issue to process a refund or replacement.

Refunds will not be issued for orders that are uncollected, delayed due to courier issues, or due to customer errors in providing shipping details.
