Golden Sea Moss Capsules
Wildcrafted golden sea moss from St Lucia, dried and milled, then packed into vegan capsules. One ingredient inside, plus the plant based shell that holds it.
- 750mg per capsule. Dried sea moss, not bulked out with rice flour or maltodextrin.
- Two ingredients, total. Wildcrafted sea moss and an HPMC capsule shell.
- Cupboard, not fridge. Keeps 12 months, so it travels and it does not go off on you.
- The same sea moss as our gel. Just the dried, concentrated form of what goes in the jar.

Two Ingredients, Nothing Else
Each capsule holds 750mg of dried wildcrafted sea moss and nothing else. The shell is HPMC, a plant based cellulose, so the whole capsule is suitable for vegans.
No rice flour, no maltodextrin, no flow agents. Plenty of capsule pages never say what is inside them. That is ours, in full.
Three Ways To Take Them
One to two capsules with water, ideally with food. Sixty capsules is a month at two a day.
Twist a capsule open and empty the powder into a smoothie, juice or porridge.
No fridge and no spoon. The jar keeps 12 months in a cupboard or a suitcase.
Gel Or Capsules?
Keeps its fresh texture and natural soluble fibre. One to two tablespoons a day. Lasts about three weeks in the fridge.
The dried, concentrated form of the same sea moss. One to two capsules a day. Keeps 12 months in a cupboard.
Roughly one capsule per tablespoon of gel, so there is no need to take more of one than the other. The best form is the one you will actually take every day.
Frequently Asked
How many capsules should I take?
One to two a day with water, ideally with food. Sea moss is naturally rich in iodine, so do not exceed the daily amount.
Capsules or gel, which should I choose?
The same wildcrafted sea moss either way. Capsules are the dried, concentrated form and keep for 12 months in a cupboard. Gel keeps its fresh texture and natural soluble fibre, and lasts about three weeks in the fridge. Roughly one capsule per tablespoon of gel.
What is the difference between golden and purple?
The same wildcrafted sea moss from the same St Lucian waters. The purple has a deeper colour that comes from natural plant pigments. Choose on preference rather than potency.
Can I open the capsules?
Yes. Twist one open and empty the powder into a smoothie, juice or porridge.
Who should check before taking these?
Sea moss is naturally rich in iodine. If you have a thyroid condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, speak with your GP or pharmacist first.
How long will one jar last?
A month at two capsules a day, or two months at one.
Gel or Capsules, Which Is Best?
Same sea moss, two different formats. A straight comparison of texture, dose, shelf life and which one people actually stick with.
